Rhonda Byrne
Rhonda Byrne is an Australian television writer and producer, best known for her New Thought books, "The Secret" and its sequels. Her work is based on the law of attraction, which posits that thoughts can directly change a person's life. Byrne was born in Melbourne, Australia, in 1951. Before her success with "The Secret," she worked as a television producer on various shows. After a personal crisis in 2004, she discovered the law of attraction through Wallace D. Wattles' book "The Science of Getting Rich." This inspired her to create the documentary "The Secret," released in 2006, followed by the book of the same name. "The Secret" became a global phenomenon, selling millions of copies and being translated into over 50 languages. Byrne has since written several other bestselling books, including "The Power," "The Magic," "Hero," and "The Greatest Secret." Her work has been recognized by TIME magazine, which named her one of the most influential people in 2007. She has also appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," further amplifying her message.
