Huntley Fitzpatrick was an American author of young adult fiction. She grew up in a small coastal town in Connecticut, wanting to be a writer. After college, she worked in various publishing roles, including as an editor for Harlequin, before becoming a full-time YA author. Fitzpatrick was a wife and mother to six children, living in Massachusetts. She passed away in April 2022 after a long illness. Her novels often explore themes of love, friendship, family, and coming of age.
