Angela Elwell Hunt (born December 20, 1957) is an American author of Christian and inspirational fiction and nonfiction. She has published dozens of novels, picture books, and devotionals, and several of her works have been adapted or optioned for film and television. Hunt writes both contemporary and historical fiction with frequent biblical and faith-based themes; she also publishes books for children and middle-grade readers and teaches and speaks at writers' conferences. She lives in Florida with her husband and family and is active as a photographer and volunteer for animal welfare causes.
