A. J. Devlin is a Canadian author best known for the Hammerhead Jed mystery series. He grew up in Greater Vancouver, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from Chapman University and a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute, worked as a screenwriter in Hollywood, then returned to Port Moody, British Columbia, where he lives with his family. His novels include Cobra Clutch (2018) and Rolling Thunder (2020).
