Bernie Chowdhury is an American technical diver, author, magazine founder and hyperbaric medicine specialist. He wrote The Last Dive (2000), a well-regarded nonfiction account of a father-and-son diving tragedy, and has been active as an instructor, expedition diver, magazine publisher (founder of Immersed / International Technical Diving Magazine), documentary maker and lecturer. He is a Fellow of the Explorers Club and has worked in hyperbaric medicine and related research.
