Barbara Freethy

Barbara Freethy is a bestselling American novelist known for contemporary romance, romantic suspense and women’s fiction. A native of California, she graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Communications, worked in public relations and freelance business writing before publishing fiction. Freethy has published dozens of novels (traditionally and independently), has multiple New York Times and USA Today bestsellers, and in 2014 was named an Amazon KDP bestselling author. She also formed Fog City Publishing and self-publishes many of her titles.
