Stephanie Garber is an American author best known for her bestselling young adult fantasy novels, including the Caraval trilogy and the Once Upon a Broken Heart series. Her work is noted for lush worldbuilding, romantic and fairy-tale elements, and strong YA appeal. Prior to publication she worked as a college resident director and began writing in her spare time; after several unpublished manuscripts she achieved wide success with Caraval.
