Jeevani Charika is a British-Sri Lankan author who writes multicultural women's fiction and contemporary romances. Born in England, she spent much of her childhood in Sri Lanka, with time in Nigeria and Micronesia, before settling in Yorkshire. She holds a DPhil in Microbiology from Oxford and has worked in university technology transfer. She also writes romantic comedies under the pen name Rhoda Baxter.
