Martin Blumenson

Martin Blumenson (1918–2005) was a prominent American military historian, educator, and author. He served as a historical officer with the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean War. He is best known for his authoritative works on World War II, particularly his biographies and studies of General George S. Patton, including 'The Patton Papers' and 'Patton: The Man Behind the Legend, 1885–1945'.
