Douglas Westcott

Douglas Westcott is the pseudonym for Gordon Bloor, a British businessman and author based in Bath, England. Born to a Polish immigrant mother who fled to England after WWI, he was orphaned at 17. He spent his career in commercial property investment before turning to writing. His works, including 'The Westcott Chronicles of Bath', are often semi-autobiographical and focus on the history and development of the city of Bath.
