
Jamie McGuire
Jamie McGuire is a #1 New York Times and internationally bestselling author, best known for pioneering the New Adult genre with her novel "Beautiful Disaster." She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and raised in Blackwell, Oklahoma. McGuire graduated from Blackwell High School in 1997 and went on to study at Northern Oklahoma College, the University of Central Oklahoma, and Autry Technology Center, where she earned a degree in Radiography. Before becoming a full-time author, she worked as a radiographer for many years. McGuire has written numerous novels, including the "Beautiful" series, the "Maddox Brothers" series, the "Providence" series, and the "Red Hill" series. Many of her books have been self-published, and she was the first indie author to secure a print deal with Walmart. Her work has appeared on the New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal bestseller lists. McGuire currently resides in Jenks, Oklahoma, with her husband and children.
