Kimberley Chambers is an English novelist known for her gritty crime family sagas, often set in Essex or East London. She writes from the perspective of the villain, incorporating her trademark humor. Three of her novels have been Sunday Times Number One bestsellers. Chambers left school at sixteen with no qualifications and worked various jobs, including market trading, as a pub DJ, and as a mini-cab driver, before writing her first novel at the age of 38. She writes all her books by hand.
