The TEN THOUSAND

Hard on the heels of revolution, Europe is suddenly in flames as a right-wing nationalist German government rises to power, determined to win world respect by force, and threatens global stability with atomic weapons. When Ukraine refuses to hand over its nuclear arsenal to a weakened Russia, American troops are sent in to enforce compliance. However, a united, belligerent Germany seizes the disputed nukes and closes its borders, trapping an American army in Eastern Europe. Lieutenant General "Big Al" Malin, commanding officers like Colonel Scott Dixon and Captain Nancy Kozak, and their forces must fight their way across a hostile Germany to reach the safety of the Baltic Sea, an epic retreat mirroring the march of the Greeks in Xenophon's classic 'The Ten Thousand'.
