Bryan Gruley
Bryan Gruley (born November 9, 1957) is an American journalist and novelist best known for the Starvation Lake mystery trilogy and several standalone thrillers. A longtime reporter and editor who has worked for The Detroit News, The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg Businessweek, he shared in The Wall Street Journal's Pulitzer Prize for coverage of the September 11, 2001 attacks. His fiction blends small-town northern Michigan settings with suspense and crime-driven plots.
