Linwood Barclay (born 1955) is an American-born Canadian novelist and former newspaper columnist, best known for bestselling crime and suspense thrillers such as No Time for Goodbye and Trust Your Eyes. He spent three decades in newspapers before becoming a full-time novelist; his work has been translated into more than two dozen languages and optioned for film and television. He lives in Oakville, Ontario, with his wife Neetha and has two children.
