Koyoharu Gotouge is the pen name of a Japanese manga artist best known for creating the bestselling series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (serialized 2016–2020). Born in Fukuoka Prefecture, Gotouge debuted with one-shots beginning in 2013 and gained international recognition after Demon Slayer's anime adaptation and film boosted the franchise to global commercial success. Gotouge maintains a level of personal anonymity and uses neutral presentation in author pages.
