Christina Baker Kline
Christina Baker Kline (born 1964) is an American novelist and editor best known for her historical novels that explore family, identity, and American history. Her breakout bestselling novel Orphan Train (2013) tells the intertwined stories of a modern troubled teen and an elderly woman who was an orphan-train rider. Kline is the author of multiple novels and has edited and co-authored nonfiction collections; she has taught creative writing and lives between New York and Maine.
