Dan Harris
Dan Harris (born July 26, 1971) is an American journalist, author, and meditation advocate best known for his book and brand 10% Happier. He worked for ABC News for over two decades as a correspondent and anchor (including Nightline and the weekend edition of Good Morning America) before leaving in 2021 to focus on his meditation app, podcast, and related projects. His 2014 memoir 10% Happier recounts his journey from a panic attack on live television to adopting meditation and founding a skeptical, science-forward mindfulness platform.
