Michael Thomas is an American author and educator, best known for his debut novel 'Man Gone Down', which won the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award and was named a New York Times Top Ten Novel of the Year. He is a professor of English at Hunter College and has also published the memoir 'The Broken King'.
