Nina LaCour

Nina LaCour is an American author known for her critically acclaimed young adult novels and adult literary fiction. Her work often explores themes of grief, love, friendship, and self-discovery, frequently featuring queer characters. She is the winner of the Michael L. Printz Award for her novel 'We Are Okay'. In addition to writing, she teaches in the MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults program at Hamline University.
