Michele Campbell is an American novelist and former federal prosecutor. A graduate of Harvard College and Stanford Law School, she spent several years working at a Manhattan law firm and as a federal prosecutor in New York City before turning to fiction. She is the author of It's Always the Husband, She Was the Quiet One, A Stranger on the Beach, The Wife Who Knew Too Much, and The Intern, and her novels are known for taut, twisty suspense and legal/crime-informed plotting.
