Leonie Swann is the pen name of a German author born in 1975 in Dachau, near Munich. She studied philosophy, psychology, and English literature in Munich. She is best known for her humorous and unconventional mystery novels, including the 'Sheep Detective' series and the 'Agnes Sharp' series. Her work has been translated into many languages and she has received awards such as the Glauser Prize.
