Bob Frissell is an American author and breathwork teacher, founder of the Breath Alchemy Technique. He has written several books on spirituality, consciousness, breathwork, and the metaphysical history of Earth, including the well-known Nothing in This Book Is True, But It's Exactly How Things Are and Something in This Book Is True. He has taught breathwork for decades and is associated with the New Age/spirituality movement; he lives in Sonoma, California.
