Eva Chen

Eva Chen is a Chinese-American journalist, children's book author, and the director of fashion partnerships at Instagram. She previously served as the editor-in-chief of Lucky magazine and the beauty and health director at Teen Vogue. Chen grew up in New York City, and her love for fashion was influenced by her mother. She attended Johns Hopkins University, initially on a pre-med track, but later majored in English, and then pursued a master's degree in journalism from Columbia University. Her children's books often focus on themes of self-love, identity, and celebrating diversity, drawing from her own experiences as a first-generation American.
