Kate A. Boorman
Kate A. Boorman is an award-winning author from the Canadian prairies, born in Nepal and raised in Rimbey, Alberta. She holds an MA in Dramatic Critical Theory and has held a variety of jobs. Boorman writes speculative fiction, with themes often exploring abandoned places, memory, and the darker aspects of nature. She has participated as a guest and presenter at numerous festivals and conferences in Western Canada and is a member of The Writers' Guild of Alberta and the International Thriller Writers Association. She typically resides in Edmonton, Alberta, with her family.
