Abbott Kahler
Abbott Kahler, formerly known as Karen Abbott, is a New York Times bestselling author of narrative nonfiction and historical fiction. Her work often explores scandalous and lesser-known aspects of American history, featuring compelling characters and meticulous research. She has written about topics ranging from the Everleigh Club, a famous American brothel, to the lives of Civil War spies and Jazz Age bootleggers. Her debut novel, "Where You End," is inspired by a true story of identical twins and amnesia. Kahler is also the host of the podcast "Remus: The Mad Bootleg King."
