Mindy Mejia
Mindy Mejia is a CPA and a graduate of the Hamline University MFA program. She lives in the Twin Cities with her family and is the author of "To Catch a Storm," "Strike Me Down," "Everything You Want Me to Be," and "Leave No Trace." Her internationally acclaimed thrillers have been translated into over 20 languages and have been picked for "People's Best New Books" and "The Wall Street Journal's Best New Mysteries." Mejia was born and raised in a small-town-turned-suburb in the Twin Cities area. She received a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MFA from Hamline University. Her debut novel, "The Dragon Keeper," was published in 2012. Mejia's books are often set in the Midwestern United States, drawing inspiration from the landscape of Minnesota.
