Amy Hatvany

Amy Hatvany (born 1972) is an American novelist whose work explores family, identity, and timely social issues. The bestselling author of multiple novels including It Happens All the Time, Somewhere Out There, Outside the Lines, and Best Kept Secret, Hatvany draws on a background in sociology to write emotionally honest, character-driven contemporary fiction. She lives in the Seattle area with her family.
