Lynn Picknett

Lynn Picknett is an English writer and researcher specializing in speculative interpretations of religious history, paranormal phenomena, and conspiracy theories. She was born in Folkestone, Kent, England, in April 1947. She grew up in an allegedly haunted house in York and developed an early fascination with the paranormal. Picknett earned a degree in English Literature and worked as a teacher and journalist before co-founding a successful career in authorship with Clive Prince in 1989. Their work often challenges orthodox narratives and proposes alternative explanations for historical artifacts and events. They have co-authored numerous books, including "Turin Shroud: In Whose Image?", "The Templar Revelation", and "The Stargate Conspiracy". Picknett has also been a deputy editor for "The Unexplained" and a regular contributor to radio and television shows.
