Karen Ehman is a Proverbs 31 Ministries speaker and a New York Times bestselling author. Ehman is a contributing writer for the online devotional "Encouragement For Today" and a teacher for the "First 5" Bible study app. She has authored numerous books and Bible studies, including the New York Times bestseller "Keep It Shut: What to Say, How to Say It, and When to Say Nothing at All." Her devotional "Settle My Soul: 100 Quiet Moments to Meet with Jesus," co-authored with Ruth Schwenk, was selected as the 2020 Devotional and Gift Book of the Year by the ECPA. Ehman has been a guest on various national media outlets and is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a BA in Social Science.
