Leah Kostamo is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in Surrey, BC, Canada. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and relational issues, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches including Lifespan Integration Therapy, Somatic Internal Family Systems, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. Kostamo also co-founded A Rocha Canada, a Christian environmental organization, and is the author of "Planted: A Story of Creation, Calling, and Community."
