Meggie Ramm

Meggie Ramm is a non-binary cartoonist and comic educator from Michigan. They graduated from the California College of the Arts with an MFA in Comics in 2017. Ramm has had work published in The New Yorker and has created comics for various anthologies. They are known for their "Batcat" series of graphic novels for emerging readers, which explore themes of self-acceptance and friendship. Ramm also teaches comics workshops for all ages and has a background in science, having initially pursued marine biology before switching to art.
