Pablo Hidalgo
Pablo Hidalgo is a Chilean-born creative executive for Lucasfilm on the Star Wars franchise. As part of the Lucasfilm Story Group, he is tasked with maintaining the canon of the franchise and often consults on Star Wars projects in development. He is the author of several official reference and guidebooks about the Star Wars, G.I. Joe, and Transformers franchises. He began writing professionally about Star Wars in 1995 and joined Lucasfilm in 2000 as a writer and content developer for StarWars.com. He has since become a creative executive in story development and is often referred to as Lucasfilm's 'resident Star Wars geek.'
