Kevin J. Anderson (born March 27, 1962) is an American science fiction and fantasy author best known for numerous tie-in novels (Star Wars, The X-Files), his original series such as the Saga of Seven Suns, and co‑authoring Dune prequels with Brian Herbert. He has published well over one hundred books, set a Guinness World Record for largest single-author signing, co-founded WordFire Press, and serves in roles in publishing education and editing.
