She co-founded IT Cosmetics in her living room, which she later sold to L'Oréal for $1.2 billion, becoming the first female CEO of a brand in L'Oréal's 100+ year history. Her journey has been marked by overcoming self-doubt and rejection, starting from her time as a waitress at Denny's.
