Donald Sutherland Bain (March 6, 1935 – October 21, 2017) was an American author and ghostwriter who wrote or collaborated on more than 100 books over a multi-decade career. He is best known for authoring many tie-in novels in the Murder, She Wrote series (credited to Jessica Fletcher and collaborators) and for extensive ghostwriting work for other public figures and series.
