Katherine Rundell
Katherine Rundell is an English author and academic, known for her children's novels and works of non-fiction. She has won numerous awards, including the Waterstones Book of the Year, the Blue Peter Book Award, the Costa Book Award, and the Baillie Gifford Prize. Rundell grew up in Zimbabwe, Brussels, and London, and is a Fellow of St Catherine's College, Oxford, where she studies Renaissance literature. She is also known for her adventurous spirit, including a hobby of climbing on rooftops.
