Dave Hollis

Dave Hollis was an American businessman, author, and motivational speaker. He is known for his former role as President of Theatrical Distribution at Walt Disney Studios, where he was involved in the release of major films like "Black Panther," "Avengers," "Frozen," and the "Star Wars" franchise. After leaving Disney, he joined his then-wife Rachel Hollis's company, The Hollis Company, as CEO, focusing on personal development, media, and events. He authored several self-help books, including "Get Out of Your Own Way" and "Built Through Courage." Hollis also hosted the "Rise Together" podcast. He passed away in February 2023 at the age of 47.
