Mhairi McFarlane
Mhairi McFarlane is a Scottish writer of romantic comedy fiction. Born in Falkirk in 1976, she studied English at the University of Manchester and worked as a journalist before becoming a novelist. Her debut novel, "You Had Me At Hello," was a bestseller and is being developed into a film. She is known for her witty, heartfelt contemporary romance novels that often feature strong female leads and tackle serious themes with humor and emotion.
