James Lowder

James Daniel Lowder (born January 2, 1963) is an American author, anthologist, editor, and game designer. He is best known for novels and short fiction in shared-world fantasy settings (notably Forgotten Realms and Ravenloft), as well as for editing numerous anthologies and gaming-related works. Lowder has also worked in comics, served as an editor for multiple publishing lines, and produced award-winning game and pop-culture books such as Hobby Games: The 100 Best.
