Robert Browning

Robert Browning (1812–1889) was a major English Victorian poet and dramatist known for his mastery of dramatic monologue, psychological insight, and rich use of language. His notable works include The Ring and the Book, Men and Women, and the poems "My Last Duchess" and "Porphyria's Lover."
