Douglas Adams
Douglas Noël Adams was a British author, humorist, and screenwriter, best known as the creator of the science fiction comedy series 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy'. Originally a radio series, it was adapted into a highly successful 'trilogy' of five books. Adams also wrote the 'Dirk Gently' novels and co-wrote the non-fiction work 'Last Chance to See'.
