Santa Montefiore is a bestselling British author known for her sweeping novels, often set in diverse locations such as England, Argentina, Italy, France, and Ireland. Born in 1970 in Winchester, England, she grew up on a farm in Hampshire and was educated at Sherborne School for Girls and Exeter University. She has published numerous novels, including the popular Deverill Chronicles series, and has co-authored the children's series 'The Royal Rabbits of London' with her husband, the historian Simon Sebag Montefiore.
