Nikki Sixx (born Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna Jr.; December 11, 1958) is an American musician, songwriter, author, photographer, and radio personality best known as the co-founder and bassist of Mötley Crüe. He has written several books including the bestselling memoir The Heroin Diaries and the photography/memoir This Is Gonna Hurt, and has been active in music and media since the 1970s.
