Agnes Gomillion

Agnes Gomillion is an American writer and speaker best known for her debut novel The Record Keeper (Titan Books, 2019), a near-future Afrofuturist/dystopian work that examines race, history, and liberation. She studied English literature with a focus on African-American literature and later earned a Juris Doctor and a Legal Master degree from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law. Gomillion has been described as an #OwnVoices writer and is active as an advocate for marginalized communities.
