JoAnn Ross is an American novelist and New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling author of more than 100 contemporary romance, romantic suspense, and women's fiction novels, best known for her Shelter Bay series. Her work has been published in multiple countries and she is a member of the Romance Writers of America Honor Roll. She lives in the Pacific Northwest.
