Mary Kay Andrews
Mary Kay Andrews is the pen name of Kathy Hogan Trocheck, an American bestselling novelist known for sunny, Southern-flavored contemporary fiction and beach reads. A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, she earned a B.A. in journalism from the University of Georgia and worked as a newspaper reporter (including the Atlanta Journal-Constitution) before writing full-time. She has authored more than 30 novels (writing mysteries earlier under her real name) and is noted for witty, character-driven stories often set on the Southern coast.
