Emma McLaughlin

Emma Lanier McLaughlin (born February 7, 1974) is an American novelist best known as coauthor, with Nicola Kraus, of the #1 New York Times bestseller The Nanny Diaries (2002). A former nanny and NYU Gallatin School alumna, McLaughlin has co-written several novels with Kraus—many of which were commercial bestsellers and several adapted or optioned for film and other media. She frequently appears in media and speaks about feminism and gender issues in corporate and cultural contexts.
