Sheila O'Connor
Sheila O'Connor is an American author of fiction for adults and younger readers. Her works include Sparrow Road and Keeping Safe the Stars (middle-grade/young adult), as well as adult novels such as Where No Gods Came and Tokens of Grace. She has received the International Reading Award and honors including the Michigan Prize for Literary Fiction and a Minnesota Book Award. O'Connor teaches in the MFA program at Hamline University and has served as fiction editor for Water~Stone Review.
