Anodea Judith
Anodea Judith (born Judith Ann Mull) is an American author, somatic therapist, yoga teacher, and speaker best known for her work on the chakra system and the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and body-mind healing. She is the author of classics such as Wheels of Life and Eastern Body, Western Mind, and has written and taught widely on chakra studies, somatic psychology, and social transformation. Judith founded Sacred Centers and has led trainings and workshops internationally.
